Our hours are as follows:

  • Sunday: noon - 4 pm (MST)
  • Monday: 7 pm - 10 pm (MST)
  • Tuesday: 6 pm - 10 pm (MST)
  • Wednesday: 6 pm - 10 pm (MST)
  • Thursday: 7 pm - 10 pm (MST)

Please note: all chats end at 10 pm on weeknights and 4 pm on Sundays (MST). Chat times may vary depending on staffing availability.

Crisis Support Via Email 

If you are looking for crisis support but don't feel like chatting, send us an email at onlinecrisis@thesupportnetwork.com. This is a free, confidential, short term crisis support service that you can access in order to get support for what is happening in your life right now. A Support Team member will reply back to your email within 48 hours.
